Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use a product from iamalexc.com ("AlexC", "we", "us"). AlexC is the pen name of an independent author and developer, an individual based in Vietnam. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who sells to you

Orders placed on this website are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and payment-related questions. Your purchase is also subject to the Dodo Payments buyer terms shown at checkout.

Some ebooks are also sold on third-party stores such as Gumroad and Leanpub. If you buy there, that store's terms and refund policy apply to that purchase.

2. Products and delivery

• All products are digital: ebooks (PDF/EPUB), templates and downloadable software (AI agent skills and a desktop app).
• Delivery is instant: after a successful payment you get a download link on screen and by email.
• If a download link does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order ID.
• Each product page lists its requirements (for example Claude Code, Docker Desktop or third-party accounts). Please read them before you buy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are one-time payments in US dollars and include sales tax or VAT where it applies. There are no subscriptions. Some offers are shown only during checkout or right after a purchase (for example an add-on ebook at a bundle price); those prices apply only to that order. When you accept an offer shown right after your purchase, the payment method you just used may be charged for that item with one click; each item appears as a separate charge and receipt.

4. Licence

• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for one person to use the product, including in your own business and for your direct clients.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publish the files, in whole or in part, or make them available to others to download.
• Open-source components inside software products keep their own licences, listed in the included notices.

5. No income promises

Our products teach methods, maths and processes. We do not promise any income, sales, rankings or results. Results depend on your offer, audience, budget, skills and effort, and many first tests lose money. Nothing we publish is tax, legal, investment or financial advice.

6. Software, third-party services and your accounts

• Software products work with services you choose and pay for yourself (for example Anthropic, Cloudflare, Resend, payment providers, Google Ads or Meta). You are responsible for those accounts, their terms, their fees and any ad spend.
• The tools ask for your approval before publishing, spending money or turning on live payments. You remain responsible for every action you approve.
• You must not use our software to send unsolicited bulk email, scrape personal data, create fake engagement or reviews, cloak landing pages, use bought or rented ad accounts, or otherwise break the terms of Google, Meta, Anthropic or any email or payment provider. The software is built to refuse these actions.
• Software is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable and fix reported bugs, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or that third-party services will keep working the same way.

7. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, ad spend or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
