Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-day refund on every product

If a product is not useful for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason, although we are grateful if you tell us what did not work so we can improve it.

How to ask

1. Email hello@iamalexc.com from the address you used to buy.
2. Include your order ID (it is in your receipt email) and the product name.
3. We process refund requests within 1 business day and issue the refund through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method.

How long the money takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 business days.

Offers accepted after checkout

Items you add with one click right after your purchase are separate charges. You can refund any of them on their own; refunding one item does not affect the others.

After a refund

Your licence for the refunded product ends. Please delete the files you downloaded. Download links for that product stop working.

Cancellation

All our products are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

Purchases on other stores

If you bought an ebook on Gumroad or Leanpub, please request the refund through that store under its own policy.

Fair use

We may decline refunds when an account shows a clear pattern of buying and refunding to obtain products for free. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
